  • Online access to the annual publications (“Cahiers de Droit Fiscal International”) containing the General Reports on the main subjects to be discussed at the Congress and all Branch reports in digital format;
  • Access to the secured part of the website (ifa.nl) which contains the digital database of Cahiers de Droit Fiscal (from 1980 to 2020), a database of Congress documents, research papers and other documents of interest;
  • Subscription of the UK Branch and Central IFA monthly email.

When you become a member of IFA, you join a network of international tax advisors, government officials, academics and other tax experts, a network that stays on top of current developments. As a non-profit organisation and the only network of its kind, IFA provides a neutral platform where all representatives can meet and discuss international tax issues at the highest level. IFA offers you the opportunity to participate and discuss, enriching both your knowledge and building your international network.

Attractive annual membership rates are available to Individuals and Corporates, with reduced-cost membership for those under 30 years of age.

Individual and corporate members benefit from unparalleled international tax networking opportunities as well as access to technical events hosted by the UK Branch, including a dedicated Young IFA Network (YIN) and Women of IFA Network (WIN) programme. Members also have access to national and regional meetings focused exclusively on international tax, at reduced member rates. The annual IFA Congress provides members with the opportunity to interact with colleagues from across the globe as well as access to foreign government tax officials, OECD and UN representatives and other global experts.

If you would like to join the UK branch of IFA, please complete the online membership application form below. Once we have received your application and it has been accepted, we will follow-up with an invoice and instructions for payment.

The membership year runs from 1 January to 31 December, and the current subscription is £300.00 (corporate) or £80.00 (individual). There is a reduced rate of £40.00 for individuals who are under 30 years of age on 1 January 2026.

In accordance with Central IFA rules, once you have joined the IFA UK Branch, renewal of membership is automatic (unless notification is received by 28 February of the relevant year that you do not wish to renew), and the subscription for the coming year will be due.
