The topic for this meeting is “Transfer Pricing of Financial Transactions”. This is obviously a very topical area, with further output anticipated from the OECD shortly, expected to provide updated guidance for pricing financial transactions, including on the influence of implicit support in pricing intra-group debt; and captive insurance arrangements. Our panel will explore these areas, also taking into account the general context of BEPS proposals for the taxation of the digital economy. Depending on the timing of announcements from the OECD, any updates on the latter may also be discussed briefly.
